7. December being peak tourist season it is advisbale to book your rooms well in advance
8. In case the event is cancelled due to some unforeseen reasons beyond our control, refund will subject to hotel terms and conditions.

Cancellation policy: -

If cancellation is intimated 45 days prior to arrival 50% of the full amount will be charged as retention
If cancellation is done between 45 to 30 days, 75% of the full amount will be charged as retention
If cancellation is done less than 30 days notice -no refund.
